Criterium Circuit reservation and booking criteria.

Large Groups (> 100 people) may book the whole circuit at any time, subject to venue approval through the on-line booking process.

Medium Groups (25-100 people) may book half the circuit during peak community use times (see below) or the whole circuit during non-community use times (subject to venue approval).

Medium sized groups may request booking of the whole track during peak community use times.  However, this is subject to venue approval and is primarily reserved for race events and ‘special’ or ‘one-off’ events. Examples of this may be club race events, visits / training sessions by touring road teams, product launches etc.

Small Groups (<25 people and usually restricted to business uses) can only book the entire circuit during Non-Community Use Times.  However, in busy periods the Venue retains the right to offer only half circuit reservations.
